Essential Job Responsibilities1 Drive sell out by conversion of cash customers to credit)2 Increase in revenue through increased credit conversions within the stores3 Ensure effective and efficient route compliance4 Increase of store coverage by 12 new stores per month to increase the Simu universe5 Build sound relationships with all customers, dealers/ store owners based on mutual trust andgoodwill.6 Provide continuous feedback as per client requirements(competitor activities, promotions, incentives,innovations, pricing, planograms)7 Identify training needs and escalate to trainer for action (including refreshers for stores that arefinding difficulties in maintaining sell out8 Monitor competitor’s new innovations and Market sensing, and in-store pricing9 Ensure all company assets are maintained according to company policy10 Negotiate for Prime/Front Space to maximize on visibility of Watu Simu retail elements11.
Check on store capacity and stock status for appropriate Simu sell out12 Report back on VOC in a timely manner for quick fix to be implemented13 Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently andaccurately maintained14 Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands15 Check accurate pricing, promotional pricing, competitor pricing
